Thank you for shopping with City Muse Collective! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders. 

Processing Time Orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 US states. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping [We do/do not currently offer international shipping. If applicable: International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.]

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at madelynncarver@outlook.com within 3-5 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
