Refund policy

At City Muse Collective, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns.

What Can Be Returned We accept returns on unworn clothing items with original tags attached and original garment packaging with SKU label intact. Jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return Window Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (the return window begins the day tracking shows a delivered status). Items must be shipped back within 7 days of your return request being submitted to qualify for a full refund. For split-package orders, the return window begins on the delivery date of the final package.

Restocking Fee Returns that do not meet the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined entirely.

Shipping Costs Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of a shipping error or damaged item on our end.

Processing Time Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for it to be processed. You'll receive an email confirmation once your return has been reviewed and resolved.
